Poll: Bread or Filling?

This is an important question that has been in hot debate among gourmands.  Which is more important in a sandwich:  the bread or the filling?

Before you vote in the polls, let me add my two cents.  I think a good bread makes all the difference in a sandwich.  A good bread is like the foundation of a house.  It can really add and support the filling of a sandwich.  One of my favorites is ciabatta, a very heart bread with a nice crunchy texture on the outside and a heavy but soft inside. 

On the other hand, a good filling can elevate a sandwich to new realms of tasty pleasure.  A piece of juicy meat can make up for a mediocre bread for instance.

Samosa question

Have any of you attempted a dessert samosa?  I’ve had it in mind for awhile to try a s’mores samosa…a s’mosa, if you will, but just haven’t gotten around to it yet.
